NIGHTFALL is a free, browser-based top-down survival game. Fend off waves of zombies that grow more dangerous as day turns to night, gather wood, stone, iron, and gold, build up defenses — walls, spike traps, and turrets — and level up your survivor with new weapons and mutations as the nights get longer.

Solo & Team Modes

Play solo and see how many nights you can survive, or queue into Team Mode with 2-4 players and take on the horde together — building, healing, and reviving fallen teammates as a squad.

No Install, No Account

NIGHTFALL runs entirely in your browser at night-falls.xyz. There's nothing to download and no account required — just enter a name and play.

Who Made This

NIGHTFALL is developed and maintained by theonlyagi, a solo/small-team indie developer. It's an ongoing project — new zombie types, structures, and multiplayer features ship regularly, tracked in the changelog.

NIGHTFALL is a passion project, kept running through hosting costs covered in part by advertising. If you see an ad while browsing menus between matches, that's what's helping keep the servers on. Ads never appear during active gameplay.
